Scott Hahn wrote a book on the Lord's Prayer that really taught me how to pray, helped me to pray short prayers, but pray more often throughout the day. I am still learning, and I think I need to re-read it. I have more to learn. However, on those days when I can't seem to get praying right, I have learned to say the Our Father slowly, and it is a balm to my soul!🕊
